I’m a connector and a storyteller. Maybe it’s the Irish in me. I don’t mind public speaking but my heart belongs to writing. Social media posts, blogs, long-form articles, research papers. I’ll write it all.

I meet people where they are, to understand what they want and need. I create outreach plans, execute them, and synthesize findings into the project.
